I’m actually enjoying the diet this time around, knowing that it is good for me, and I’m seeing positive changes. The weight loss is minimal for now, but my energy level has skyrocketed! I am more motivated than ever too. I see other small changes as well, such as improved skin tone. And I feel like my thyroid is coming back into balance. It’s only been about eight weeks, so I’m looking forward to seeing what else transforms for me over the next year.
