With my bodywork, I have learned the skill of allowing your body to speak it’s innate intelligence and tell it’s story. The work we do together is custom tailored for you. Your body will guide me to the needed locations, pacing and sequencing of the work.
With my health coaching, I listen to your history, current situation and goals and together we develop a diet, nutrition and lifestyle program and use your bodies feedback to guide us in making appropriate refinements and adjustments.
My job is to listen and follow. This is the heart of the work.
